While we would love to be your guide to access affordable medical imaging, all OneImaging memberships are employer sponsored. Please have your employer contact us to inquire about bringing OneImaging to your company.

How do I sign up?

To sign up, visit www.app.oneimaging.com/register. When you sign up please provide us your email, phone, insurance and personal information. If you need to schedule an imaging exam, call us at (833) 619-0837

I have a doctor’s referral, how can I send my imaging order to OneImaging?

Please ask your doctor to send the referral directly to OneImaging at +1 (305) 448-6794. There are instructions on your OneImaging Mastercard, and an adhesive sticker that should be placed on your primary insurance card. If you have any additional questions, please contact the customer service team at (833) 619-0837 for more assistance.

Where do I tell my doctor to send my referral or imaging order?

Your doctor should send your referral or imaging orders directly to OneImaging. You may also contact our customer service team to help coordinate the referral or order process with your doctor. The customer service team can be reached at (833) 619-0837 (Monday to Friday 7 AM–10 PM EST). They will provide more information on how to submit a referral or imaging order, as well as answer any other questions you may have.

I do not see my referral on my dashboard, what should I do?

Please contact your doctor to resend your referral to OneImaging or contact our customer service team for assistance. Please have your account information ready when contacting us so that we can help you more quickly. You may also be asked to provide additional documentation for security purposes. Where do I find my referrals?

To access your referrals, you need to sign in. Just click on the "Referrals" tab located in the top right corner to view your current and past referrals.

Do I have to get a referral to book an appointment?

Yes, you need to have your referral ready in order to book an exam.

How can I create an appointment online?

After we receive your referral from your doctor you can choose your preferred imaging modality (MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammogram or X-ray) and find a center that suits you. You can view the pricing and distance of the centers. Once you've made your selection, simply choose an account, provide the referral, specify your availability, share your details, and create a request for an appointment.

Can I book an appointment on the phone?

Yes! By calling our customer service number, (833) 619-0837 you will be connected with one of our care navigation specialists to help assist you with your appointment booking. If the line is busy, please try using our website to make an appointment request faster! They will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have. (7 am EST-10 pm EST) You can also book your appointment online through our website or app at any time 24/7.

I requested an appointment, whats next?

Please allow us 48 hours to process your appointment request and verify the date and time. Once we set up an appointment for you, all you need to do next is wait for a message via text or email with a link to confirm your appointment, and approval of the date, time, and total out-of-pocket cost depending on your plan!

I requested an appointment but have not yet received a confirmation.

Please wait at least 24 hours for us to confirm your appointment, or call customer service for more assistance. They should be able to provide more information on the status of your request and help you make a new appointment if necessary.

When will I get the appointment confirmation?

Please allow us 48 hours to process your appointment request and verify the date and time. Once you confirm your appointment, you will get a confirmation email and text message with all of the relevant details for your imaging procedure. If you have a Copay, HDHP or HSA plan you will need to pay in 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

How do I view my upcoming appointments?

You can find your upcoming appointments, either click on the bookings section located in the top right corner of the web page or at the bottom of the app. You will receive exam notifications through both SMS text message and email. Additionally, you can choose to add the appointment to your calendar.

What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

Please make sure to bring your OneImaging Mastercard and driver’s license or government form of ID with you.

What should I expect when I check in for my appointment?

Please make sure to specify that you are a self-pay patient, and were booked with care delivery partner, OneImaging. You will then use your OneImaging Mastercard to pay at the front desk for your exam. You will need to make sure that you have all typically required documents with you, such as a government-issued ID.

We do not charge for missed or canceled appointments. However, if you need to reschedule, you would be required to do it at the same location as your original appointment.

Yes, you can bring someone with you to your appointment. This person can provide support and help you understand the procedure.

My child, minor, or a dependent needs to use radiology services, what do I do?

You have the option to include a dependent on your account, log in to their account, and schedule an appointment on their behalf. Be sure to utilize the OneImaging Mastercard that displays your dependent's name.

If I need imaging while traveling, can I book an out-of-state center?

Yes, OneImaging has a network of 4000+ imaging centers with national coverage. Visit our website to find the most convenient locations closest to you.

How do I pay for my exam?

OneImaging calculates the true and total cost of your exam up front so that you have no surprise medical bills, and can determine where you want to go based on the cost and distance you’re comfortable traveling. Upon appointment confirmation, we will provide you an opportunity to enter your HSA/FSA, credit, or debit card information through our secure website.

I had my exam, what happens next?

After your radiology exam is completed, the images will be sent to a radiologist for interpretation. The radiologist will then send a report to OneImaging, available on the results dashboard, and your doctor summarizing the results of the exam. Your doctor will review and discuss these findings with you so that you can decide together what the next steps should be.

When should I expect to receive my results?

Can I get my results right away?

No, most imaging tests require some time to analyze before results can be given. Once your results are ready, you will be able to see it on your OneImaging Result Dashboard. Your ordering physician will also receive a copy of the results. If you have any questions or concerns during this time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My OneImaging Prepaid Mastercard® is lost, stolen, or not working?

If your OneImaging Mastercard has been lost or stolen, it is important that you contact the Member Relations team as soon as possible or request a new member OneImaging Mastercard on the portal. We will be able to cancel and replace any lost or stolen OneImaging Mastercards quickly and efficiently. Please have your account information ready when calling us so that we can help expedite the process. You may also be asked to provide additional documentation for security purposes. Once the OneImaging Mastercard is canceled and replaced, you will be able to continue using the OneImaging Mastercard. Thank you for your understanding. If you encounter any technical issues with the OneImaging Mastercard, you may use any HSA/FSA, credit, or debit card at the imaging center, and we will reimburse that account upon submission of the bill. Will I get a medical bill after using OneImaging?

You will not receive any medical billing if you use our OneImaging Mastercard. If you experience any problems at the imaging centers, please contact us right away at (833) 619-0837. Our customer service team is here to help you with any questions or issues you may have. OneImaging manages your radiology benefits for you so you know the costs you owe out-of-pocket in advance of getting your exam, and seek to ensure that it is much less expensive than other entities.

Can I use the same OneImaging Mastercard on multiple visits?

Yes, our OneImaging Mastercard can be used multiple times as long as your coverage is current and will cover each visit. Please note that there is an expiration date on the OneImaging Mastercard. If your OneImaging Mastercard expires, please contact at (833) 619-0837 for assistance.

Can I use my OneImaging Mastercard without creating an appointment?

No, confirmation is necessary in order to activate the OneImaging Mastercard.

What are the risks of diagnostic imaging?

Generally, diagnostic imaging is considered very safe with minimal risks. Depending on the type of procedure you are receiving, there may be slight risks associated with exposure to radiation or contrast material for certain procedures. Patients will receive more detailed information from their ordering provider prior to the examination.

How long will my procedure take?

The length of your procedure will vary depending on the type of imaging study you are having. However, most procedures take less than an hour.

How safe is my private information?

We recommend that you arrive at the imaging center 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Make sure to bring along a copy of your doctors prescription(if applicable) and your OneImaging Mastercard with your driver’s license or government form of ID. Similar to a CT scan, it is important that you arrive for your ultrasound 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Make sure to bring your doctors prescription and OneImaging Mastercard with your driver’s license or government form of ID. Depending on the type of exam, you may be asked to change into a gown or remain in comfortable clothing. Additionally, you may be asked to drink extra fluids and not eat or drink anything for a few hours prior to the exam. You should also inform your doctor of any allergies or medications you are taking, as certain medications can affect the scan itself. Lastly, avoid wearing jewelry or body piercings so that they dont interfere with the imaging process.

What should I expect during my ultrasound?

An ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique which uses high frequency sound waves to create images of the inside of your body. During an ultrasound, you will be asked to lie on the exam table while the technologist applies a special gel to your skin and moves a handheld device (called a transducer) over the area being examined. This process helps create images of your organs and tissues. Depending on the complexity of your exam, it can take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes. During this time, you may be asked to hold your breath or change positions to ensure that the images are clear. You should not feel any pain during an ultrasound; however, you may experience slight discomfort due to pressure applied by the scanning device. When you connect your account, you can schedule an appointment through their account. Linking accounts is optional, but you have the ability to switch between yours and theirs.
